We have been a customer of Hooks Systems for over four years and have never considered another source. The management and staff at Hooks are responsive to our needs, trusted to provide us with options and smart enough to get it right the first time! When we first called Hooks, our company had used a couple of other IT companies and unfortunately, we had a system that was not functioning properly and was not reliable. Hooks performed an assessment and helped us determine the best solution for our practice.
Our company does not need a full time IT staff member, but with Hooks, I feel like I have five working for us. The staff at Hooks will also teach me some things that I can do on my own instead of calling them for everything. This level of teamwork is important in a value-added relationship. The same staff has been at Hooks since we have been a customer – low turnover speaks volumes!
RemoteCare provides efficient troubleshooting and problem-solving in the least amount of time. I really like that I can go to a RemoteCare session and show Hooks what I am seeing or having trouble with instead of just trying to explain the problem.
