I.T. (Information Technology) represents the most broken process in American businesses, according to a new report from Nintex—leading to the rise of employee dissatisfaction, turnover and lack of productivity.
The report surveyed 1,000 professionals from firms with more than 1,000 employees, finding that 62% reported that they observe broken IT processes within their company, making it the most problematic department, the report found.
Only 24% of employees report very prompt service from in-house IT teams.— Nintex, 2018
These findings highlight the need for IT teams to work on relieving bottlenecks and improving service times. Outsourcing helpdesk service and network upgrade projects can dramatically improve this destructive situation.
As IT evolves in the direction of more cloud adoption, more automation, and more artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and analytics, it’s clear that the IT focus will change too. Your organization needs an IT Services Team that stays on the leading edge of technologies.
