Hooks Systems is pleased to announce that Sarah Garelick has been promoted to Service Manager. Many of you already know Sarah since she has been providing friendly and exceptional service to our IT RemoteCare clients for the past 3 years.
As Service Manager, she will be managing our technical staff to address all client requests. She will be the first point of contact for our clients for any requests or concerns related to service. She will be responsible to ensure that your requests gets processed and routed properly.
She is very excited about her new role and is looking forward to servicing all of you with the same passion as she has during these past years. We are thankful to have her in this role and consider her a great asset to our Company.
